New Titleist Iron

Are we entering a phase of iron making where "everything's a blade" again? As tech advances and costs to manufacture decrease is the deep cavity back style of iron going to yield to hollow bodied irons?
 
Whatever that is it looks downright awful.

funny how preferences can be so different. in this pic i think these look amazing.
 
Sounds like there is something going on here with CNC milling.
I'm loving Titleist's move to tech being internal to the club head.
 
I'm curious to see if the name has a meaning. CNC for the milling. PT for platinum?

Going to guess CNC Prototype.

Whatever this iron is it will be expensive.
 
I love the look. My question is whether it will cost more or less than PXG Gen. 2.
 
Looks like the iron version of a James Patrick wedge.

yes, but not nearly as good looking as his wedges. Those things are just dead sexy.
 
I don't think it looks very good compared to their current MBs which look great. Maybe just this picture.
