I've noticed over my last few rounds that my left wrist has been cupping pretty hard which has been causing a multitude of issues. I haven't purchased a Watson Swing Trainer, but have used the clothes hanger along the grip a few times while practicing, just hate the feel of it on the grip. Is there any other ideas people have used to help work on this situation?

Its becoming painfully obvious that this is one of my bigger issues at the moment, so any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Why are cupping your wrist? What is causing it?

Best I can tell it has something to do with my backswing and how steep it comes up over the top.. The last few days i've tried to shallow my back swing and slow things down in some practice holes and i've been making better contact, just pulling a little more now.

It's something i've been doing that I wasn't faintly aware of until one of my playing partners pointed it out to me, says I tend to do it after making the turn to the back nine

Does it happen with the short irons or just the driver?

Hi Matt. If there was something wrong with my wrist during training I would see a specialist. Don't even know what to advise in this case, it means you're doing something wrong. My wife likes to play Golf. And somehow she pulled her hand, too. Special training clothes helped her, which she found here.
It hugged her body in such a way that the load from the hands and body movements was distributed correctly.
