Long Term Driver View: Set & Forget or Tinker to Adjust?

If there is stuff to tinker with it must be tinkered with

With adjustable-head Callaways, I’ve tried two or three settings. I just bought a 9* head and played the other day at 10* N. I got a few more yards from 12.5*. I’ll get a CC driver fitting this winter and use that for most of 2019.

Set it & forget it for me most of the time. Once I'm fitted, rarely do I move it. My last driver I kept the same setting & just worked my swing. I keep telling myself that "It's the Indian & not the Arrow." :act-up:

I'll answer this hypothetically, as I've never used an adjustable driver before. Once I receive one, I will take whatever the fitter recommended as the setting and use it, but eventually I will spend a day on the range and tinker around with it, more so for my curiosity on how each setting affects the ball.

I used to play around with it, but after getting a fitting I have just set it the way I was prescribed and leave it alone unless I see something consistently out of whack.

I got fit for my last one and I made one adjustment to the loft (higher) since.
