What a sad bombshell, heard it on the news just as I was coming down the stairs this morning. Huge, huge loss for the music world.

RIP David Bowie.

If you never got to see him in person, you really missed something special. One of the best concerts ever for me (sometime in the early 2000's I think).

Not surprising that nobody knew. At his request not to let many know because he wanted to finish his last album.

Talented man. Will be missed.
 
Still remember buying The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust about 10 years ago and going down a Bowie rabbit hole. Was immensely talented. Sad to hear this.
 
Cancer sucks, Bowie was such a legend, RIP.

Agree - amazing he was able to keep it a secret in this day & age. Great musician - was a big fan. RIP.
