Team THP wants to have a little Grandaddy fun with the forum so we have decided to do our own contest / giveaway.

Here is how it will work. Each member of the team will play a round of golf next weekend. Each of us will do live updates in THIS thread. We will play as close to 6500 yards as we can, as that seems to be about what is played at The Grandaddy.

The person who correctly guesses the team member with the lowest NET score will win a Hideaway / The Grandaddy prize pack. All the guys on the team agreed to chip in, so this should be pretty darn good. Tie breaker will be coming closest to picking the person's actual net score. (as an example, @CGFinley might choose to pick Tequila4Kapp / Net 68).

Obviously, course slopes – and therefore course handicaps - will vary. We are giving you the course yardages, slope and ratings… you will have to do a little work to find our individual handicaps.

You need to post your pick and guess as to NET score in this thread before dacatalyst41 and Phil75070 tee off Friday (@noon central time)

Boder & Rogt – TPC Deere Run (Silvis, IL). Blue tees – 72.4/136/6502
Ttucliffhanger – (Fairfield Glade / Crossville, TN) – Heatherhurst Crag, Blue tees, 68.6/121/6171

SUNDAY
Dazeedmunds – Pine Hollow GC (Clayton, NC). Blue tees - 71.6/130/6,489 (par 71)
BlueHen2006 – The Woodlands GC (??). Blue Tees - 72.1/131/6551
KEV – Willow Run (Sioux Falls, SD ). Gold Tees - 72.6/135/6670

We as a team all feel incredibly lucky to have a chance to be part of this event, and we all want to thank you all for the support. Since we can’t take you all with us, this is something we can do to show our appreciation. We’re all looking forward to this weekend, and we hope you have some fun following along!

Man I cant wait for this! Not only do I get to meet up with Captain T4K but we are playing a course I've always wanted to play.

I'm bummed I won't be able to participate in this one for sure - I'm traveling back late Saturday, and unsure if I can get out Sunday. But if I do I'll be live updating in this thread, just didn't want to give people a pick choice that might not actually play.

I'm looking forward to following along with everyone's rounds while I'm on the plane for sure.
