I had a small issue with a PTx 4 iron that I received back in June at the Ben Hogan Iron Experience.

The ferrule slid up the shaft a little bit and I could not push it back down.

I reached out to them using the contact us link at benhogangolf.com on 10/09 8:45 am. By 9:00 am I had a response and by lunch I had a UPS tag in my inbox. I gave it to the UPS driver later that day.

Today 10/16 I received my freshly repaired PTx 4 iron and they even replaced my CP2 grip!! All of this at no charge. I would have no problem paying for shipping or incidentals but they did not charge me a dime. There was a discussion a while back on THP about the direct to consumer business model and if it is a good thing. If you have a problem they can process it much faster than if you had to go back to where they were purchased. When you are dealing directly with a quality company like Ben Hogan Golf direct to consumer is hard to beat.
 
Wouldn't expect anything less from those guys!

Glad those studs took care of it for you! A little heat and epoxy does wonders.
