I think now is a good time to bring another Biggest Loser contest back!

The first few were very successful and a search of the old threads will show some amazing weight loss taking place. The last few we struggled with participation dropping off as time went on.

SO NOW ITS TIME FOR A TWIST

One way to help is accountability and there is no better way then helping along with that by making this one team based. Teams will be randomly drawn Sunday NIGHT and hopefully will encourage each other (and everyone else in here) to keep grinding week in and week out.

The contest starts on Monday January 18th and ends on Monday April 4th.

By the end of each Monday (this needs to be a strict deadline this year, had TOO MANY DELAYS in years past), participants will need to email me a picture of their scale with that week's weight displayed on it. My email address is simply my forum name @gmail.com

On Tuesday a updated standings list will be posted on this page. On it will be each persons pounds lost/gained that week, the % lost/gained that week as well as a up to date % lost/gain for the contest. NO weights of anyone in the contest will be shared with anyone else, it will only be used for the calculations. The standings will be posted by overall % lost as a TEAM (and within that the individual breakdowns).

Im hoping we can get a ton of involvement in this one, I just ask that you stay diligent and send the weights in on time weekly so I dont have to chase you down!!

Week 11 and the contest is now in the books, as a group we lost 14.7 lbs this week bringing the total to 487.2 lbs

I'm in. I'm trying to lose weight anyway. Why not have more accountability.

It's time for me to do something to better myself. I'm in
 
I participated in the previous two versions and really never got myself motivated. However those failures helped me get in the mindset to lose over the summer and fall. I'll jump in again. Only need to lose about 10 to 15 lbs overall to get where I really need to be. Thanks for doing again 441!
 
I am trying to lose anyways and this just holds me more accountable. Count me in!

PM Sent. Thanks for doing this again! I tried last year and never kept with it. This year I need to make the gym membership count...and hopefully it'll help on the golf course too.
 
The team aspect should make this fun. I hope all who enter get the results they are looking for.
