I'm a course nut and I'd love to see where everyone played last year!

Between THP Events and media events, 2015 was a whirlwind.
Its capped with the Grandaddy at the Hideaway.
Fortunate (blessed) to play some of the best in the US each year and 2016 looks to be even better (including one in the OPs home state).

2015 for me was a downer. Only had the opportunity to play a few good ones. Sandpiper, Firestone CC, Quail Hollow and True Blue.

Here are the ones that come to mind. Probably a few more to add but can't think of all them right now.

Shamrock Hills Lee's Summit, MO
Grand Summit CC - Grandview, MO
Painted Hill - Kansas City, KS
Deer Creek - Overland Park, KS
Royal Meadows - Raytown, MO
Hallbrook CC - Leawood, KS
Winterstone - Independence, MO
Shoal Creek - Kansas City, MO
Prairie Highlands - Olathe, KS
Tan-Tar-A - Osage Beach, MO
Lake Valley CC - Camdenton, MO
Longview - Kansas City, MO
Kinderhook - Camdenton, MO
Dahlgreen - Chaska, MN
Hazeltine - Chaska, MN
TPC Twin Cities - Minneapolis, MN
Deer Chase - Lake Ozark, MO
Eagles Landing - Belton
Paradise Point - Smithville, MO

Not going to list every course I've played but will put down a few favorites from the new crop.

Torrey Pines North (La Jolla, CA)
Torrey Pines South (La Jolla, CA)
Balboa Park (San Diego, CA)
The Links at Bodega Harbour (Bodega Bay, CA)
Tobiano (Kamloops, BC)
Gold Mountain Olympic (Bremerton, WA)
The Home Course (DuPont, WA)

And some of my local favorites:
North Bellingham
Northview G&CC Ridge
Shuksan

2015 golf was short for me, but here goes.

Laguna Seca Golf Ranch (x3)
Quail Lodge Golf Club
Pacific Grove Golf Links
Monterey Pines

The 2016 list will be much longer :D

This list is always long for me. I played 21 new courses last year, in addition to many I've played before. I will try to list all of them:

I need to get out to your area for some rounds this year. We also need to play Falcon Lakes and Falcon Ridge.

This year I played at

Painted Hills (Kansas City, KS)
Sunflower Hills (Kansas City, KS)
Prairie Highlands (Olathe, KS)
El Campeon (Howey-in-the-hills, FL)
Las Colinas (Howey-in-the-hills, FL)

I really need to make a point of paying attention to what courses I play each year. So many good tracks that get forgotten about.

Tops for 2015 were:

Valhalla, KY
Mission Inn - El Campeon, FL (twice, still can't believe that)
The Club at Savannah Harbor, GA
True Blue, SC
NCR, OH
Kenwood CC, OH
Boulder Creek, OH
Olde Stonewall, PA

Highlights for me would be...

Boulder Creek Cleveland.
Olde Stonewall Pittsburg
Both courses at Cog Hill Chicago

Last but not least and the nicest and most memorable. Oak Hill East.

I'll say that's a nice lil list.

Ya I was fortunate this year. Didn't get to Boulder Creek this season which is a disappointment but that will change this year. Waldorf was a very fun track. Even if it was hotter than the surface of the sun out there

Getting to play it with some of the brightest minds in the world of equipment doesnt hurt either.

Understatement. Would love to play that course in like October or March.

I did some reflecting just yesterday and thought about the people I was able to play golf with and talk golf with. The best of the best when it comes to equipment, marketing, club fitting, club designing....the list goes on and on. Just seriously unbelievable. And to think 2016 will be bigger and better

I played most of the usual suspects around Green Bay, and Madison, WI.

We also took a long guys weekend up to Northern Michigan, which was probably the best new (to me) courses I played this year.

Greywalls - Marquette, MI (http://www.marquettegolfclub.com/greywalls-course-details.html)
Timberstone - Iron Mountain, MI (http://www.pinemountainresort.com/golf)
Sweetgrass - Harris, MI (http://www.sweetgrassgolfclub.com/)

It was a 3 round / 2 night package for $277. We're about a week away from booking again for this year. I especially enjoyed Greywalls.

Played a lot of great courses this year.

Mission Inn- El Campeon and Las Colinas

The Club at Savannah Harbor

True Blue

Waldorf Astoria

Tobacco Road

But nothing comes close to the Hideaway

Played several different courses but none too exciting.

Only notables I guess were Mid Pines and Pine Needles in Pineurst NC

TPC Sawgrass
Talking Stick North
Paradise Valley Country Club
Boulders, Carefree AZ
Papago
Rebsamen - Little Rock
Pleasant Valley Country Club (Little Rock)
Country Club of Arkansas
Whispering Woods (Erie PA)
Raven's Claw - PA
Towa Golf Course (NM)
Trump Ferry Point - Bronx NY
Isabella - Hot Springs Village AR
Glen Mills (PA)
The Glen Club (Northbrook IL)
Black Mesa (NM)
Downingtown CC

not many. played my home course almost exclusively this past year. plus, I was working way too much to get out except on Saturday AMs
a bunch of guys from my club did go to San Antonio last Feb on a club outing. We played both courses at The Club at Sontera, as well as both courses at LaCantera. The last day, we played the Quarry but ended up rained out. That was my big golf vacation.

I played a lot of my usual courses around Iowa.

The new courses I played last year:
Deer Creek Golf Club in KC
Prairie Highlands in KC
Happy Hollow Club in Omaha
