What would your perfect putter be?

Thinking something like a rose gold Toulon Atlanta with black paint fill. Evnroll face. Kids initials stamped somewhere on the back or bottom. Black shaft, maybe even stability shaft with a midsize pistol grip.

Upon reflection, this answer is a cheat so Im trying again.

If I were to build something new Id go with the Double Wide head shape but in a Toulon milling.

Lets add some interchangeable weight on the bottom.

Lets try that UST putter shaft and toss a back weighted 2.0 on it too.

    Yeah, Id rock that baby.

To provide more detail as to my perfect putter, I've found that I aim the #7 head the best and that having a counterbalanced grip helps me stay smooth and hit better lines. For feel/insert material, I do like the old white hot insert but I also like the milled feel of the toulon line. I also like a smaller mallet head. (the exo #7 is too large and I don't like the feel of the new insert). That's why the Toulon Las Vegas that has been seen in a couple pro bags has my attention. I would want mine built to 37" with the super stroke countercore grip and a weight kit for both the head and the grip so that I can get it dialed in.

I'm putting great (for me), with an Odyssey Versa (anser style).

If I had the equipment and skill I would love to build an anser-style putter, milled from a single piece of metal (or wood) so the head and shaft are all one piece. I think the "feel" would be great. If wood were used, head weight could be increased with a changeable face plate, or something like that.

This 100%. Id also be fine without the interchangeable weights as long as the putter was on the heavy side. Let me know if you decide to put it through production

Id go with a classic blade, Im talking like 0803 style with very minimal stamping or marks on it. Just a classic blade.
