Each year the reigning champion hosts the Masters Dinner for Champions that have worn the green jacket. The tradition is unlike any other which fits the event.

So if you were to don the green jacket and return the next year as champion, what would be on your menu?
 
Fried Chicken,
Macaroni & Cheese
Black Eyed Peas

That's an awesome lineup, I wanna come to yours. I see we are both lovers of Banana Pudding :D
 
I'd start with a she-crab corn chowder followed by a table side Caesar salad. Then we would move to bone in Wagu beef Filet, Flemmings potatoes and brussel sprouts with candied bacon n cranberries. End the meal with a choice of Chocolate suffle or Creme brûlée. Each course paired with wine and/or bourbon

loaded backed potato with bacon, cheddar, chives, and sour cream
some sort of salad with bleu cheese crumbles

Spit roasted lamb. The rest of the menu can figure itself out.

i don't know how much you can blow it out at these dinners, but i'll give my money is no object meal

beluga caviar with traditional caviar service paired with 1996 salon blanc de blancs
lobster bisque with puff pastry paired with 2000 krug clos d'ambonnay
iceberg wedge salad with creamy gorgonzola and bacon dressing paired with 2005 domaine de la romanee-conti le montrachet
spinalis of a5 matsusaka ribeye steak quick grilled over white oak served with roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts with pancetta, and baby carrots paired with 2008 sine qua non syrah "the duel"
banana pudding served with 2001 chateau d'yquem
 
A Rochester favorite, Garbage Plates w/a nice tall glass of Genny Bock.
