First hole of 2016...how'd ya do?
 
I probably won't get out until Monday, but I will post up when it happens.
 
I'll go first, Par. Boring, I know.

Par 5, 500 yards. Tee shot found the center of the fairway, laid up with my second shot. Short wedge to the green and landed on the first cut. Putt from the fringe close to the hole for a tap in par. Routine Par to start my golfing year.
 
Will hopefully come tomorrow, weather permitting.
 
First hole was a bogey!!! :bad: But was happy with the rest of the round (only 9 holes today) Shot a 39!!!!! :clapp: 2016 is starting off good!!!!!!! Happy New Year THP!!!!!
 
Won't happen until about April. My neighbor went to the driving range yesterday and the balls were going no further than 150 yds. He hits a 5 iron 190 carry in normal conditions. It's too cold here. Enjoy the warmer weather you guys east of the Rockies.

3 put bogey. I was pretty happy since it soaking wet here in NC.
 
Doesn't look like I'll get out before our England trip. So my first hole of the year may be from over there.
 
I went par.

3w to 143, PW to 6 feet, miss low side, make the par.
 
Bogey on a par 5 with OB tee ball. Just missed the par.

Hook left in the rough. Pw to about 20 ft. 2 putt for par.

Hit FW, then AW to front right of green (pin middle back left). After seeing a pitch run past the hole and then down a slope off the green I left my putt around 10 feet short and then missed the par. Bogey.
 
Mine will come in April I'd guess..........
 
Today at 1:05
434 yard par 4. 3W to 156, 7I pushed right but pin high, pitch under a limb made the par putt.

First hole of 2016 was last Tuesday at Lake Buena Vista Golf Course.

Par 4 of about 350 yards

Double bogey, due to a flubbed chip (thank you Florida Bermuda)

Drive was decent and first real shot with the CF16 (9 iron) was solid and just missed the green on the right side.

bogey. then it went downhill from there. :angry:
 
Hooked a hybrid off the tee, hit a tree and stayed in play.
Hit a wedge just short of green.
Chipped to 6'.
Drained the putt for an undeserved par.

Yay.
