What a story to tell you kids and grandchildren though.

WOWWWW - that is pure adrenaline for sure

Not sure i could of held on for that long. Crazy to see that

Ever seen those challenges where you can hang from a bar for 100 seconds to win $100? Thats for wimps.

If that had happened to me, there would be poo.

I might have just become afraid of heights and all adventure-type activities after watching that video.

Holy schnikes! I can't even imagine how fast my heart would be beating.

I'd like to think I could hang on once the adrenaline kicked in, but I'd never leave the ground again after that.

There is zero percent chance I could have hung on that long.

That's just nuts. glad he made it down ok, but holy crap that looks rough.

Being horrified at heights, yea this would be on my top 10 list of worst nightmares ever.

When I was 14, a carnie never strapped me into a ride properly, I had to hang on for life when it went upside down. Thinking back I probably could've sued, but really nobody sued back then in Canada.

That is nuuuuuuuts! While I am not a hangliding expert, didn't it seem like there was opportunity to go to that first level of land vs going all the down over the trees?

Jeez that made me so anxious!

How do you not check, double check, triple check......that you are strapped in, or if you are the pilot that the passenger and yourself are strapped in

Not fun plus a fractured arm but better than falling

Why would the pilot not make a 180 and return to take off point?
