I did, still was very unhelpful. I'll just wait out the 6 months and hope I can actually get my money.
 
Have an ultrasound done today and I feel violated. They should allow you to drink before appts that involve changing into a "one size fits most" gown.

I know how you feel, my advisor told me today how much additional I owe to the government to support socialism.

This world is so effed up. I am glad my wife and I chose not to raise kids in this hell hole.
 
Just can't believe how much of a mess everything is for me right now. One of those days and it's gonna be a long road back.

My stomach is in knots just thinking about going to work today. It's been going on 3 weeks now and it's just getting worse. I absolutely hate this feeling. Yesterday I just got up, walked out, and went to the far side of the building for about 15 minutes just to calm myself down.

If you can quit and do something else that allows you to support your family then run don't walk, that is not a feeling you want to go through life with, it will kill you over time.

It's in the works, believe me. I've had a few stretches like this over the last 16 years I've been here, but this one is most likely the final straw.

New job yes, move no. All of our family is within half an hour of us. No desire to give that up. I've lived in New England for all of my 40 years, I can suck it up a bit longer until we can afford a winter condo once the kids are out of school :)
 
Just found out sad news. A friend and founder of an online community for telemark skiing (telemarktips) just passed away from cancer. Skiing and particularly the free heel culture of skiing have been an important part of my life, and telemarktips and its community forum was a foundation of my life from the mid 1990s until the mid 2000s when he was no longer able to sustain it. Those experiences are a big part of why I want to continue to put in the effort to become a member and not just a user of this community around a renewed passion, golf.

RIP Mitch Weber. I will never forget you and your passion, energy, and humor.
 
Up all night with stomach issues. Slept a total of about 90 minutes. Today's round could be interesting.
 
Someone I know can't golf and do adult things in the same day. Such ridiculousness

Had two fraudulent charges appear in my AE. This is the second time in a damn year.

2nd son is due any time so the wife has said no golf for a while.....she didnt think the joke about "hey, our new phones have face time, i can play golf AND be at the birth" was very funny.......officially in the doghouse!
