Pretty true to size the 10s fit me perfectly. Depends how wide/narrow your feet are and my feet are a bit wider.

My feet are narrow and I have a pair of puma tennis shoes that are a tad tight.

Sorry I have no clue. I wear a wide and these were close enough to fitting me to buy but I am trying to go more comfortable and a more accurate fit.
