R Lee Ermey is the best, "you don't scare me, work on it" kills me every time. Also, this scenes OWNS the one liner thread. He absolutely murders this scene.
 
I was going to vote for the Crash Davis speech in Bull Durham...probably the best of all time.

For me, it begins and ends with this speech. I don't know how many times I've seen it, it still gives me goosebumps.

 
There's a lot of these movies I've never even seen.

It's not spectacularly riveting or anything, but I love this one, which is basically what I tried to emulate as a leader in the USAF.

 
Tons of good ones here, but I'm pretty partial to the speech Denzel gives at the battlefield during Remember the Titans
