Took the M6 instead of the M5 this evening, crappy grip and all. Only had 1 shot with it. 168 out and I hit it on the extreme toe. Like almost whiffed extreme toe. Ball flew high & straight and came up about 5yds short. I think Taylormade may be on to something with these.

This is awesome feedback. Iíve only hit mine on the range so far and they are extremely forgiving and like you said, they go for days!

I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. Hit 12 greens in the 1st round with the new irons. I was concerned that what I was seeing during the 3 times I hit the 7 iron at GG was going to be different than what I saw on the golf course. Same feel, launch and distance results. The combo of the XP100 R300 shaft and the M6 head is so good with my swing. Looking forward to Friday and another round of golf with the new irons.

So my brother and his wife bought my nephew the M6 irons after a fitting at Edwin Watts. KBS Stiff shaft 85 grams and 1* flat since he typically draws the ball. At the fitting he was hitting it the highest and furthest against the Rogue and M4 irons.

He played 9 the week before and shot 41. Yesterday we played the tips at 6500 and he shot his PB of 77. I rode with him and this 15 year old was smashing his Aeroburner driver 10-15 yards past me consistently and he loved his irons.

Iíd agree that the grip is cheap, but for whatever reason it didnít bother him one bit.

He is coming from the 2013 Speedblades. Easily 1 club further than what he had, and equal to my distances with the irons. 5-PW because he is at the point in his game to where he could hit traditional wedges for the 48* and SW.

He hit 1 bad iron shot. Going to be a fun summer battling with him. Even though I got beat by 8!!

Beast mode damn heís playing, easy to change the grips! Love playing with my nephew who is 21. 120mph swing and can play when he puts it together. The M5 & M6 are both playable good at hitting it long and straight!!!

Played with the M6 at the range yesterday. I still definitely prefer the M5. But the M6 fills the gap I have between my 24* hybrid and the M5. It looks funny with 3 7iís in the bag but it seems to work. On the range anyway. Weíll see if it translate to the course.

Let some friends hit the M5 & M6 today before our round and a lot of the same Iíve heard on here high and straight. My one buddy plays TEE CBX blades and they did not fit his eyes but then he hit them and the ease these elevate with a smooth swing is crazy. My one buddy took them to hit as we played golf today.

Hard to tell stopping power into greens as the greens were recently punched and sanded so more research will have to be done. The M5ís would go into bag easily and I believe the M6ís could go with different grips and shafts. The distances were very similar and my friends were getting about a club longer than their gamers.

I was able to make a few swings with both yeaterday. It would seem I like the M5 better over the M6. Not a huge fan of the offset. As far as distance goes they seem to be pretty long. I can't say it's longer than my 790's, those suckers are super long.

Problem is I am working on a few things with my game so tough to get into new equipment but trying my best.

Carried the M5 in the 6i slot today. For me, I was looking for 170 out of it and itís not quite that. Came up just a bit short a few times, but it is very easy to hit. Look at address exudes confidence, hit it straight. Good club.

Had the M6 7 iron out today for a round. Only had one shot with it, a difficult approach to a green protected by water on 3 sides. Took out the M6 and hit a great shot, slight fade, giving myself a 15 footer for birdie. I continue to feel confident hitting this club. Flight continues to be high and straight. I personally really like feel of the M6. Doesnt hurt I keep hitting some pretty good shots with it.

Have been able to get these on the course a few times now with a quick range session as well. I prefer both the look and the feel of the M5. The M6 is just too bulky for me. As far as the M5 goes, the flight and distance is right what I would hope and expect from my 7i. The mis hits were a little worse than with my normal 7i, but when I hit the center of the face, they feel great.

I got the M5 and M6 from THP when they asked for testers. Only got to the range on Saturday and compared them to my TE XCG6 7i. The m5 looks a bit better to me, but the M6 just went with ease, even on mishits it got up in the air and wasn't as severe a penalty as my current irons. I will try them during a round this weekend.

Played yesterday after being off for two weeks due to travel. Able to try both the M5 (again) and the M6 (for the first time). For whatever reason the M5 still felt smooth and easy to hit. Every shot seemed effortless. I only tried the M6 once but it was a dead pull left. It just didn't have the same feel to me.

The M5 is getting me worried. As well as I'm hitting it, it's giving me serious pondering thoughts about a whole set. Doh!

Both of these are insanely easy to hit, but I get stuck on the looks of the M6 also itís very bulky. Iím sure for some this will fill them with confidence.
