The Curling thread (Spoilers)

I have never played curling and hate to watch it. It does look like it would be fun to play with a few friends and few silver bullets though. Great timing seeing this thread.
 
I curled for the first time just about a month ago. A friend needed a sub so I jumped at the chance. It was really super fun. I was honestly surprised how much fun I had. I even threw a few good stones at the end. I will say that if you ever get a chance to curl, make sure you wear loose, flexible pants. I wore jeans and split them up the front about 12" long on my very first toss. Got a little bit breezy down below after that lol.
 
I thought there had been a gremlin in the system when I got an email alert for this thread/topic! Have to say though, I really did get into the Curling during the Olympics, not sure I could watch it though in normal comps, it has to be something special like the Olympics for me to get the juices going.

The Curling World Cup is on NBCSN.

Not sure how long it will stay on my tv. It's not the Olympics so not as exciting!
