European Soccer 2015/2016

Leicester has ManU, Everton, Chelsea, and tricky West Ham side. It isn't exactly murderer's row, but it isn't a cakewalk either. They can't drop points so there is some added pressure. Also, I want Arsenal to win, but I fully expect Arsenal to predictably shat the bed. I expect Tottenham to be the real challenge.

With 13 games left, it's not really must-win for any of the top 4 yet. But with Kompany a question mark (he returns today, but he lasted eight minutes in his last return before getting hurt again), and since Arsenal did their job against Leicester this morning, City could really use the full three points today against the Spurs. A game-changing defender in the transfer window would have been nice because they suck without their Captain in there.

Great finish there. Villa looks like they are in real trouble this season

Liverpool could score nine more goals at this rate.

Terrible call.

You're just realizing that now LOL! The club is rotten from the very top down!!!!

Haven't seen them that much this season. I think Villa plays Stoke next weekend

Spurs......

If you haven't found it yet, there is a Hotspur America podcast that is really good and is done my members of the Dallas Spurs supporters group. One of my frequent listens, and is usually really interesting.

Wayne Rooney out for 2 months...does ManU excel w/o him or spiral further downward?

I think they just stay how they have been playing. Horribly mediocre and boring.

Sweet goal by Rinaldo!!

Today's Question....If Man U loses today's Europa League match, does LVG coach another game for them?

I just saw on Bleacher Report that he has 3 games

I've never quite got my head round quotes like that. How would they expect him to suddenly turn it round for three games? What happens if they manage decent results then the fourth and fifth games are back to the dire performances again? He's obviously going to get a big payout if his contract is terminated early so why don't the Directors just sack him. Three games is not going to suddenly turn things round there.
