So my colleagues from out of the country are coming into the so-cal area and will be wanting to do one weekend of all-day golf. Willing to drive out to palm springs and get a place, so wondering if there are some websites that help book everything or if i'm better off booking myself? My colleague is somewhat of a golf snob, so he likes highly rated courses and not so worried about price. Been looking at Pelican Hill, or PGA West at La Quinta thus far.
The main issue i have seen with booking myself is that I can't seem to find any courses that offer "all day golf". Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

your best bet is to find a course with more than 18 holes on site or within a couple minutes drive of each other. Palm Springs is the perfect for such a thing but only downside is the potential to have a frost delay during this time of year which could push back some start times by close to an hour.

thanks! we're looking at 2nd week of feb, so hopefully the weather will cooperate. My biggest challenge has been finding the places that offer all-day golf. Thus far the only one in Palm springs i can find that offers it is Indian Wells (which maybe is okay)

and by "all day golf" you mean one price for unlimited play?

yes, my buddy's specific request was this. I guess he wants to start at 7am and then play non-stop until sun-down? I'm terrified of this lol. dude is from australia, so i guess that's a normal thing down there? Regardless, i have no idea how it works...if it's just replaying the same course, or if a place like La Quinta which has 5 courses allows you to just jump between? Or heck, maybe it's just simpler if we just pay for 2 separate courses?

in winter there isn't much for "all day play" and since their summer is our winter here, that's understandable. I would say PGA West or Desert Willow or even Indian wells would be your best bet.

Tukwet golf course in Beaumont near palm springs has two 18's and is affiliated with Morongo Casino.

In the Temecula area you have Journey, Redhawk, Ledgends and Rancho California all clustered close to each other for minimal driving.
