    Sun Mountain Sync vs Phantom

Looking for opinions on these bags. Primarily riding cart with occasional push cart usage. Using a c130 now but I'm looking for something a little less bulky.

Never have used a Fusion but have been using a Sync for about 4 years and really like it. Over 95% of my rounds are pushing it on my Clicgear 3.5+.

I have a Callaway Fusion14 (is that the bag you are referring to? I can't find a Sun mountain Fusion) and have really enjoyed it. It is the 2018 model and I think 2019 looks to be even better. Heavy for a carry bag, but light for a cart bag with solid storage and maybe the best use of pockets I have found. Total of under 6lbs, but the ability to take the straps off with all the pockets and legs for the range makes it the best bag I have used so far (as someone who uses it mostly on a push cart and trips to the range).

I bought the Phantom in December.
It hold everything I want & is a good club holder so far during this winter season.
I have an older C-130 and the Phantom holds everything the 130 had, but in different places.
I pondered the Sync as well. There really is not much of a difference btw the 2 IMO

It also helps my one dog has the same name as the bag ("help" = getting purchase past the family CFO)

I have a 2018 Sync. The top is flatter than on a Phantom, and most other cart bags. Not sure if you rearrange your clubs when moving from a riding cart to a push cart. On a riding cart, I prefer woods at the back, irons in middle, and wedges at the front by the putter. However if I use a push cart, I end up reversing the clubs so the shorter clubs are at the bottom, and the longer clubs are at the top, when the bag is laid on the push cart. The flatter Sync top is more accommodating to this than most cart bags that have really sloping tops. Hope that makes sense.
