Callaway Razr Hawk Driver

Anybody on here know this club? One of my playing partners found it in a bin for $9.00 and has been gaming it for awhile. He recently got fitted for new irons and a hybrid and when he picked those up he checked out some new drivers. Ended up he couldn't hit any of the new clubs any better than that driver so he got it re-gripped (laughed when he said the new grip cost him more than the club). He is now on the lookout for a 3W version.

Yeah, that it. Not sure if he has the Tour model or the standard one. His fitter said that Callaway tried using some different materials in it but it just never took off and was discontinued. I found some 3 and 5 woods on Callaway Preowned and let my friend know about it.

Still one of the drivers that worked the best for me. Too bad I cracked the shaft and it was never the same again.

I gamed it when it first came out... To this day, it was the longest distance wise driver I ever gamed. I didn't find it forgiving enough, but when you caught it on the screws, the ball flew forever. I traded mine in on the original X-Hot driver...
