I'd extend this to putting and chipping. Let's face it, most of us are not hitting anywhere near 18 greens a round.
 
I've had some days of good chipping...but NEVER had a day of both chipping and putting on point.

It's so true though. No matter how bad I'm playing, I'm usually looking at an up and down for birdie or par, and either a bad chip and then re-chip + 3 putt turns a good hole to a double/triple bogey.

Only one outdoor range around me still open, but I will hit again this Sunday if it is reasonably nice.
 
If Sunday plans happen, keep me in the loop. Maybe I can get the stuff done around the house Saturday.
 
Figures I'm out of town this weekend. Anyone live near Foxwoods? Any courses open there? Is River Ridge open yet?
 
Lesson this weekend to get some of those winter cobwebs off me and to make my NYers proud....if chosen.
