Question about an Odyssey O Works 7s

Just got an Odyssey O Works 7s black putter from a THP seller. What is this on the butt end? Can I remove it or are there negative impacts to removing it?

Also, the weights on the bottom of the putter.....does Odyssey sell a weight kit to install heavier weights?

It is a weight. There are different weights available from Superstroke so that you can customize how heavy or light you like it.
 
That's the cap that can be replaced with different weights for the handle. If you remove it, there will be a hole there.

I'm pretty sure there is a weight kit for some of the O-Works putters but not all of them.
 
Thannks for the get backs. I removed the red aluminum cap on the red end of the grip and all I saw was the grip tape under the grip. No sleeve attached to the red end cap.
 
Right, the red Odyssey cap is just that, a cap.

You can pick up the weights from Superstroke (and they come standard with a countercore grip).
