Ok, quick question hoping for some quick feedback. Picking up a new evnroll putter grip tonight and will be installing it tonight. I removed the old stock putter grip which, to my surprise, had a 30g weight at the top. The old grip was around 57g for a total of 87g with the weight.

The new grip has it's own weight but distributed down the length of the grip and in total, comes in at 120g.

Should I install the new grip with the old counter weight (total of 150g)? I'm leaning towards no...

I say no also. Very good chance you will think the putter head feels lighter with the 120 gram grip. By changing grips, you dropped about 6 swing weight points. Increasing grip weight by 5 grams reduces the swing weight by 1 point. You can always add weight to the head to balance it out if your desire.
