Seeking opinions: Would you consider buying a used Game Golf Live setup if it appeared to be in good condition, or would you go a different direction if your budget was very tight currently?
I’ve got a range finder, and have used the Game Golf phone app for one round a couple years ago, but I’m coin flipping on buying the physical device which usually for me means to pass on it. I tried to set up a meeting with a local seller of a used Game Golf setup a few weeks ago but it fizzled out and he didn’t follow up, which also sometimes tells me to pass on the deal. I do kind of like the technology and use of the device based upon reviews here and elsewhere, but then it is getting a little dated and there may be better options this year. The local golf equipment stores near me don’t seem to carry it anymore, another reason to maybe pass on it.
Heads or Tails, what would you do? Thanks in advance for any opinions.
