I had such a good time when we played together that I think I just gave you a hug after our round. And I'm pretty sure that I freaked tanker out by giving him a hug when he and Icey dropped me off at the airport.

My wife can relate.

We are going skiing and she ended up with a men's jacket so it is long enough.
 
ugh. had bad feelings going into this week and its only gotten worse. Some big decisions to be made this weekend. Not good at all.

I hate this feeling. I hate the feeling of constantly being down. Constantly not being able to see all the good around me. The constant feeling of just being stuck. The depression and anxiety is truly affecting me and I don't know how to stop it. It has affected me in my every day life and even on the forum. To the point where it was beautiful out the other day and I turned down golf because I didn't want to get off the couch.

Night out tonight....
Playing blackjack and some jack wagon in an Ohio State hoodie sits directly to the seat on my right....

Dude stays on 14 with dealer showing a 9. Then splits 3's with the dealer showing a 10, then split jacks against a dealers 9.....

That's enough blackjack for the evening.....

On the extremely rare event I gamble I prefer to play alone for that reason. If I can't play alone it's no mid shoe entry tables then.

OK I have to ask because this cracks me up. We're you on the lowest minimum table?

If so get used to it. It always drives me nuts when I go to a casino and see people on the five dollar tables getting pissed at people there just enjoying themselves while acting like they're Rainman.

If you want to avoid the idiots stay off the cheap tables.

This was a $25 table.

I've been in a bit of a funk lately, but it all seems unimportant after getting some news today. A friend of mine recently had his kidneys start to fail on him. Completely out of the blue, supposedly an auto immune disorder causing them to shut down. He is in for dialysis something like 3-4 times a week. On the transplant list as well.

A dude that I haven't seen since his wedding in the summer. Just absolutely crazy how things can change in 6 months.
 
Been a rough day yesterday, my throat started feeling sore and got worse as the day went on, then yesterday evening we got a message to say that a friend passed away on Tuesday night

Not the way we wanted to finish the week before we head off on holiday on Sunday
