That's a great description. They are very tangy, you can definitely taste the vinegar.
I need to spend some time in Canada. These look pretty good.

These look really good. A lot of places around me offer an "everything" sauce for chicken wings and it's always delicious. I'd imagine this would be similar.

Tastes like a combo of BBQ and Salt & Vinegar (at least to me they do). The bag looks way different up here though.
