My stock grips on my clubs are now getting to the point where age is starting to take it's toll. What are a solid set of budget grips probably $3-$4 each at most that are decent quality and will have some decent durability(I know they wont last like a better grip)? I like the stock grips on my Tour Edge XCG6's, they are some form of Lamkin, the Pure on my Cobra driver isn't comfortable at all to me, and the multicompounds on my wedges are nice, but I cant afford 9 bucks a grip.

Lamkin cross line black. They are $3.99/ea
I had no issues playing them.

Okay so I am guessing that is what the stock grips on my irons is the crosslines. I actually like them, the Sonars look amazing but I cant afford anything like that.

I have all my clubs with this grips and it’s been working fine. Only the driver I use half cord. Get you self a dbl side tapes and solvent. You are good to go.

Lamkin Z5 are awesome and available all the time for under $4.

These are $5 a pop. But, they are a pretty good grip for the money. I bought a bunch of these on sale a year or two ago. I decided that I didn't care for them and stashed them away. I brought them out when I was testing some shafts and didn't want to spend money on grips. For some reason, I am finding them to be a very good fit for me. Tacky with some traction. I love good old cord grips and find myself liking these more lately. They are a bit easier on the hands.

Hurricane Golf usually has good closeout pricing on Lamkin grips, check it out:

Hurricane has the Z5 for 2.99 each, that might be the move. They also have the UTX for 3.49 that radiman suggested. Thanks for that, never used Hurricane Golf

Coworker just told me about the Super Stroke TX1 for 2.99 each. I have never ordered from GolfWorks how are they?

I haven't tried them myself. But, from what I've read, they're not getting very good reviews.

The red Karma grips, look identical almost to the Lamkins on my irons now. Ive never heard of Hireko, is it like a Diamond Tour type company?

one of the old component and clone dealers like DTG and hurricane, pretty much my go-to for grip kits and non-closeout items

I've found a lot of good deals on eBay, and you can save more if you install them yourself - a lot of auctions are for the grip kit which includes tape and solvent.

I wasn't a huge fan of them when I had them on a few clubs.

The SuperStroke S Tech is a nice grip but I think it's closer to $6/grip.

Hurricane Golf Lamkin Z5 grips $3 a piece. Hard to find a better grip for that price.

I recommend NOT buying higher end grips that seem like a super deal on eBay. 99% of the time they turn out to be counterfeit and the quality and longevity will suck. If it’s from an authorized retailer you’re probably ok though.
