Right now I go to the range 3 times a week and play once. Sometimes I go to the range and just putt if my back is hurting and i don't want to risk swinging.

Right now with the weather being suspect it's about 2.5 range sessions per round-- When the weather flips it'll be more like a 1:1 scenario.

I prefer to play vs just pounding balls at the range. I generally hit the range early in the year when the weather prevents playing as often, and then maybe once or twice during the season if I don't have time to actually play. Ratio is probably 1 range for every 20 rounds if I had to put a number on it.

Here's to hoping my incoming one lengths give me more course time since all I have to practice now are 7 irons and driver. Everything is a 7 iron. So one session at the range, one session in the short game area/putting green. One round on the course per week. That should work fine.

This is typically how I am. More range at the beginning of the year, but once the season gets going, play way more than range.

Don't go to the range much in season unless it's to work on something specific from a lesson or practice chipping/putting. I get more out of playing rounds - it's tough to simulate the types of shots you encounter on the course.
