UST Recoil 95 - Changing Length

If I have a set of “standard” (Taylormade P790) Recoil 95’s in F3 flex and need to shorten them 1/2 inch would a butt trim drastically change the flex?

Nope. Butt trimmimg that little will have have a very negligible (basically no) impact on the flex of the shaft.
 
No, BUT if you add weight to the heads to get the swing weight back up you could soften the flex a small amount.
