Asked this on social, but curious here too. How many are acceptable in the bag?

As many as aren’t iron covers.

Ask @BigSoil he seems have a bunch of them...

How many woods, hybrids, and putters you carrying? Because the total number of head covers acceptable equals the total number of those clubs in your bag.

16, gotta cover the ball retriever and $69 alignment sticks too!

As many as you can fit as long as they are CRU

I’ve got 6 in my bag currently.

None of mine are on irons though....

Come at me @pkorf!

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion... even if it’s wrong.

You shouldn’t call your own opinion wrong, be more confident than that.

Who defines what is acceptable? lol

If people purchase equipment based on what they think others might deem "acceptable" than they have more serious problems.

What if you have hybrid irons?

As many as you want! You paid for them, you play them. Just don't get upset when someone makes a joke! #IronCoversMatter

I have 14, but to each there own.

I have driver, 3, 7, hybrid, and putter. I think longer players have less and they act like it's a badge of honor to not have headcoverable clubs in their bag, but shorty's gotta play golf too. We need the help.

I’ve got 4 total— D, 3w, 5w and putter. I’m pretty boring though haha.

I find it funny that guys get worked up over covers. Put fluffy purple covers on all your clubs for all I care.

I don't understand why this is a thing to worry or expend even a modicum of energy/thought about.

Having said that, I do question covers for alignment sticks.....head scratcher for me.

Seriously I have 5 headcovers:
Driver
3W
3H
4H
Putter

You’re good dude. You’re “left” handed which is basically the same as having iron headcovers!

Four, five if you count the putter cover.

Driver, 3W, 3H & putter, one more if you count the alignment stick cover. I use that one to keep the sticks from wearing a hole in my other head covers. You know, a cover to protect my covers.

As many as you want. Personally, I have 4. Driver, 2 hybrids and my putter.

I mean who doesn't love personalizing their bag?

Another way to show everyone your personality or how much you spent on one off customized headcovers.

Right now I have 4 in the bag: driver, 3 wood, 5 wood, and putter.

My judgement on bags go like

0: dont play skins or get some bets going asap
1: a conundrum
2: doesn't have full set or doesn't care about their putter
3: likes long irons
4:
5: has some extra personality to them
6: has a lot of personality
7: probably Big SoIL or on the lpga
8: that's a lot of hybrids
9-13: who only covers some of their irons
14: doesn't care about pace of play or is travelling

Not a fan of headcovers. I use a total of two -one on my driver and the other one on either of my fairway woods to keep them from banging together.

Yep, that means I have a nice collection of about 35 putter headcovers that have never seen any use other than when they are in my travel bag in the belly of a plane.

I could care less how many headcovers are in somebody else’s bag.
