As for who to play for? That is to hard to say right now and it will be a tough choice if forced to pick during signups. (I'm leaning to the guy with the HOF tags)

I think it depends on proximity and how long people are willing to be in a car for.
I've flown to most of my THP events, I will be driving to the RR one in a couple of months.
