Win a PGA Tour event, never play it again?

I tried to look it up and couldn't find it anywhere.

I wonder if anyone has ever played in a PGA Tour event, won it, and then never played in it again?

Furthermore, I wonder if anyone has ever won a PGA Tour event, their first time playing it? And then never playing in it again? (One and Done)

Usually the opposite field events are gonna have the best chance of this happening
 
Didn't Tiger win the Byron Nelson then never play it again?

Believe he played the Nelson until he passed away, or up until he missed his first cut since x of events
 
I don't think Finau ever played the PR Open after winning in '16. Doubt he'll ever play it again either since it usually runs about the same time as the WGC.
