For dinner last night I had a bunch of veggies going bad so I threw them all together in a saute pan with some quinoa and tomato sauce. It was surprisingly good. It was like a quinoa primavera. That will be my lunch today as well.
Had a Turkey, Avocado, bacon sandwich in a croissant roll bun with lettuce, tomato and mayo....and some fries on the side, with a Diet Dr Pepper. It was very tasty!
