The other day I saw a fox carrying a squirrel in its mouth being mobbed by crows. About 15-20 of 'em, it was incredibly loud even from 100 yards away.

Nothing too bizarre. One snake strangling a smaller one and then started swallowing it as soon as it got a hold of the little guys head...gross. An submerged lap top tumbling downstream with the current a couple years ago. The lawyer in our group immediately quipped, "don't touch it, it might be one of Hillary's and you sure don't want your finger prints on that". Saddest was a young woman in Wichita a few years back leaning over a bridge on a cart path. Bare foot, feet bleeding, strung out on something and threatening to jump and end it because of 'what she had done?' (was maybe 5 feet down to the creek). I told her I'd help and I took her up to the club house in one cart while my brother and buddy stayed behind in the other and called clubhouse and the cops. I hope she eventually straightened her life out.

Whats the weirdest thing you've seen or found on a golf course?

Working on maintenance crew in multiple states Iíve seen many different animals.

    All sorts of snakes.
    Alligators
    Elk
    Moose
    Black bear
    Antelope
    Coyotes
Horses, cows, chickens. Even some sheep that we never found out where they came from.

Cut enough cups and you will eventually find some condoms and fresh poo.

Once a John Deere lawn mover showed up on a hole. None of the homeowners claimed it. We used it for a few years mowing around the clubhouse.

Fishing poles were also fairly common. Knives, big belt buckle, and a pair of cowboy boots.

One early morning cutting cups a lady and her friend were getting it on oblivious to me on the green a hundred feet away.

    Good times.

Last year I saw two rattlesnakes wrapped around each other and rolling around on the green. Luckily they were above the hole, and I was below it.

A couple of weeks ago we saw an Eagle with a kill. It looked like a squirrel. It was tearing it apart in a woodchip area on the left of the fairway while another eagle waited for it's turn. We got within 10 feet, and the bird simply stared at us. Eagles are huge up close.

There was another round where I was finding clubs every other hole. I have a 14-way bag with a putter well and I kept jamming them in the putter well. Finally, by 15 I had 6 extra clubs and the last one didn't fit so I decided to drive up to the group in front and ask if they were missing anything. They all went to their bags and did an inventory and two of the group were missing clubs. They told me what they were missing and I gave them back. Honestly, I could never imagine not noticing that I was missing my sand wedge for 13 holes.

Eagles are massive. There are a couple that must have a nest a few miles from us. One day my daughter and I were driving in town and saw a bald eagle just standing on a sidewalk eyeing down what looked like some road kill. We drove by then circled around the block to get another look. It was gone and so was the dead critter it was looking at. This thing was huge.

    Ugh.

    A used condom.

    In a cup.

Needless to say thankfully I pulled the flag on that one and saw it prior to putting, so I just didnít putt out on that hole.

    Gross.

    Great stuff so far!

I saw two drunk guys swimming in a water hazard (excuse me, penalty area) after an outing.

On more than one occasion, I saw police officers drive on the cart paths looking for something or someone.

At Lake Buena Vista Golf course in disney world, the hotels line some of the fairways; I saw a guy having breakfast on his balcony watching the golfers play through.......wearing a helmet.

So on a golf trip with two of my buddies to Myrtle beach, we kept hearing stories of the fox squirrels steal stuff out of your carts. I just thought people we joking around about it like it was an urban legend or something. I bought a pack of peanut butter crackers at the turn, and headed to the 10th tee. When we pull up there are two black and white fox squirrels waiting for us on the tee box. I thought nothing of it because those damn squirrels are everywhere. I put my crackers in the cup holder , and go around the back of the cart to get my driver. By the time I got the head cover off one squirrel is in the cart eating crumbs off the floor. I shewed his ass out of the cart, and grabbed my pack of crackers. Next thing I know the other one is running up my leg scratching the hell out of me trying to get the crackers out of my hand. As I am fending him off my crackers the one in the cart stole a ziplock bag with sun screen in it, and took off up a tree only to drop it after he got a few feet up.
