I’ve never played the MAX. Here is what their website has to say about each:

Silver 110 MSI:

MAX:
https://www.aldila.com/products/rogue-m-ax-mid-launch

The MAC appears to have more torque with a mid kick point and smoother feel while the Silver 110 MSI has less torque a mid-high kick point and feels more stout.

I have the rogue 110 in my 3 wood and love it. I have hit the rogue max and I think it feels like crap. So in my opinion the 110 is much nicer.

How so? I have the Rogue Max 85x in the 3wd and I pound that thing. Looking at the specs, I'm thinking of putting the Max in the 5wd and trying the 110 in the 3wd. Not sure how I could justify having a lighter shaft in the 5wd.

I've hit the Max in my driver only but to me it just felt terrible. I guess it just felt boardy? I don't know I had the 110 before the Max so when I got the Max I had high hopes but it wasn't close to the same feel for me.

Well, maybe the 110 ain't for me then. I don't get "boardy" out of the Max at all. Seems the 110 might be a bit soft.

I haven’t played the max, but the 110 is definitely not soft imo. In fact I think it feels pretty stout but feel is so fickle and player dependent.

Just gotta find what is right for you.
