After the round today, was strolling thru the Pro Shop checking out the stuff. Stopped at the putter rack and picked up a Cleveland Huntington Beach 11, 35". Set it down and it was LOVE immediately. It sat perfectly flat & square, stroked smooth and felt great. Bought that sucker. Got home and took a couple balls to the putting green in the back yard. Stroked the ball like I knew what I was doing. Looking forward to playing it tomorrow. It's a little lighter weight than the Cleveland TSi 2135 Elvado, 35", with a counter balanced grip I'm using now. We will see what happens.

You've got to love it when you find that club that just clicks for you. Good luck with it!

Very nice! Glad you found a sweet flatstick that works well for you. It is certainly a great feeling.

1st round in the books today with the new Cleveland Huntington Beach #11 putter. Being a little lighter weight than the Cleveland TFi 2135 Elvado putter I've been using, the first few holes I came up short, then adjusted the brain housing group and started knocking them in or missing but leaving the putts past the hole. Can't wait till Monday to play agai .

So far I'm very happy with the Huntington Beach #11 putter.

My two most often used types of putters are one of my pair of ancient Ansers at about 310g head weight vs. a heavier modern mallet (shaped like your #11) at 360g. It's the darndest thing but when I switch between them I hit the light putters too hard and leave putts short with the heavy one. How's that happen?

Cleveland make nice flatsticks, for sure. And often you don't have to break the bank to buy one.

No putter porn?

I need a 'splain', what's putter porn? Taking a guess, pics of the new putter?

Yes indeed. Like this one

Putter Porn.

Cleveland TFi 2135 Elevado, former putter, on the left and Cleveland Huntington Beach #11, new gamer putter, on the right in all 3 pics. Very similar putters with the HB #11 being a lighter head and no counter balanced, long grip of the Elevado.

Thanks, those are good looking flatsticks.

I’m using the Cleveland Huntington Beach Soft #12. I’m impressed so far.

2nd round with the Huntington Beach 11 putter. Front nine had 6 one putts and a total of 12 putts. Didn't putt as well on the back nine, but it was on me & not the putter. 29 total putts.

After the 1st round with it and it feeling a little light, I added a strip of lead tape to the bottom side of each fang. I know it isn't much weight, but my mind says it's heavier so it works. Today was a day I couldn't wait to get to the green.

J B, what's this Soft # 12 you speak of. Soft being the newer version of the # 12?
