My title is awful, but got this thing from Amazon and it seems to be helping. My left/lead elbow was always breaking down on backswing leading to bent left elbow (aka chicken wing) all thru out my swing. This device will click when elbow bends a bit.

Interesting device. I know I can keep my front arm straight on the back swing but the longer the club the more tendency I have of it breaking down through impact

it wont stop the arm breaking down but you will know by feel and sound
