I tried searching to see if this has been discussed but apparently Im the only poor moron who loves golf but is allergic to the grips.
I am allergic to a chemical used in rubber compounds. It is not latex. it is in elastic. So golf gloves tear up my hands as there is elastic (I have since cut it out) and new golf grips create blisters on my hands. I have a set of ****** old clubs that are fine but new rubber - bad news.
Question - anyone have any idea if there is a non-rubber quality golf grip? leather? know of a brand?

there are leather grips (bestgrips and others) as well as thermoplastic elastomers like iomic

Winn do a leather grip I think.

I have leather grips from Best Grips. I prefer them to rubber, and they last a lot longer. They're expensive initially, but the cost really evens out due to their longevity.

I’ll be another one to mention BestGrips being a pretty good option for you potentially.

They’re not cheap. But, if you take care of them the leather will last forever.
