Got a used putter and like the feel. It’s a little upright for me and I tend to pull everything. Can the lie be adjusted?

Yes, it should be able to. I've had the lie adjusted on a plumbers neck Odyssey before.
 
Sweet. I’m going to head to store where I got it and see if they can make some adjustments.
