Rife Putters Thread

I picked up one of Chad Campbell's tour used Rifes last year. It is the Island Series Antigua but it has a flow neck. The finish looks awesome but it is sitting in the closet because I can't putt with it to save my life.

I game a Rife Legend Z. I love it. In fact, I have two of them. One black and one silver. I like the heavy head weight. I added the additional weight kit too.

I have a 2 bar mallet with the original super stroke grip(the one you install with an allen wrench) Every time I get really close to liking the 2 bar it is a no go because the grip bothers me, even though it has seldom been used it just feels a little to hard and slick .Rather than just let it sit in the garage I plan to remove the existing grip and replace it with a second generation 2.0 or 3.0.

I like the roll and feel but since I have always gamed plumbers neck putters and never gamed a mallet it will take some work.

Just picked up the Rife Ranger 34" and havent gotten a chance to take it out to play. Has a great feel to me and for the price I figured why not. I put an ultra slim SS as well and biting at the chance to give it a roll.

Had been searching for a heavier blade putter and stumbled across the Phenom Z. 410g head and originally a long putter, Rife put regular length shafts in them. The heavy head feels incredible. Helps keep the head in the arc with no wobbling.

I've been a RIFE fan for a long time. Just snagged an abaco yesterday. It will be my 5th RIFE putter.

I had a Rife mallet for a LONG time, rolled it really well. I ended up giving it someone who needed a putter, and I had just got a new one. Can't say I'd never use them again, but who knows.

RBG has a price drop on Rife putters. $69 for a couple of models.

Was About to start searching for the Rife thread but it popped right up on my timeline. Just walked out of Edwin Watts and rolled this beauty. Love the way it's set up the ball, alignment was super easy and put a good roll on the ball.

I've had the 2-bar for a long time but recently switched to a TM Daddy Long Legs Plus. But I could easily go back to the Rife, which updated with a Super Stroke grip.

Played a few times and I really enjoy the immediate roll this Rife puts on the ball.

I have a Barbados in the tropical finish that I need to get reshafted from a belly putter to standard length. I love the way the ball comes off the grooves & alignment is easy as well.

I just bought a Rife Commander putter off of ebay today. I'm looking forward to trying it out next weekend.

I'll let you know how it rolls.

I love my tropical finish Trinidad. Just looks awesome, but I went off centre shafted putters. I love the high toe putters and one in the collection is the SC California Monterey.... found a Rife Cayman (not to be confused with the Cayman Brac) which has a high toe profile and a flow neck. Sounds like heaven to me. Decided to do a custom paint fill the other day. I need to do a second coat, but it's looking good. I like the blue grips they came with and matched it up...

That is a great looking putter.

I picked up a Switchback XL a few months ago. Absolutely love the look of the putter, but it took some work to get it dialed in. I went through several grips before finally deciding on a counterbalanced Super Stroke mid slim 2.0.
I almost gave up on it several times before I got the weight, grip & lie angle right, but now I'm rolling it pretty well.

Like the looks and the paint scheme
The blue parts are removable weights. They are 10g each. The 30g weights that came with the putter are silver.

Wow that putter looks great Shakey!

I am considering a Switchback Mallet but haven't pulled the trigger yet. What are your thoughts on it? I know in the past I loved the roll the putters put on the ball, but didn't like some of the head styles. The mallet is the exact shape I like and I like the idea I can adjust the head weight.
