Ok, so I have a special treat the next couple days. Forum member Sean is in town and he and I are playing a couple rounds together. I’m going to attempt to update how the rounds are going, in preparation of the THP Bridgestone Championship later this week.
My goals for today and tomorrow are to post nearly every hole-or at least every couple. Tomorrow should be easier as I’ll have someone else to drive the cart. I’ll post some pics, but they’ll probably be after the round. I’ll have someone show me a better way on Thursday.
The plan was today to play a round with Sean and my kids. My family isn’t being very cooperative (dang teenage kids “forgot” about today’s round and made other plans). Today’s round will be on a typical run of the mill everyday course for us, it’s actually one of the better ones we play frequently.
Tomorrow’s round will be on one of the nicer area courses, one of those “couple times a year rounds”.
I’m excited to meet Sean in an hour or two. And I’ll do my best to update here. If I stink at the updates, sorry. If it’s just he and I today I’ll see if he wants to match play. I think I may have one kid along, so we’ll see on the format. At any rate, despite the level of golf, I plan to have fun whether it’s a 70’s day or a 90’s day.
