maybe it's just a glitch ... clear your cookies or maybe even minimize your zoom level (sometimes that goofs up a webpage) ...
 
We just went through it without hitting submit and it worked fine on our end too.
 
i submitted an entry. thanks for the heads up vicar. perhaps a free 6 iron will make a convert out of me.......dunno though.
 
It finally worked for me. I guess it did not believe a couple of my answers. Once I change them to bogus answers it would advance.:D
