does my avatar work?

It is not showing up here. But welcome to the forum. I think the problem is that you posted your picture in the picture profile rather than the avatar area. If you add a custom avatar as well, it should work.

Can you tell me who referred you here, so that they can get a contest prize? And again, welcome to the small but growing forum. I hope you enjoy your time here.
