For sale Ping jacket. Might have been worn a handful of times. 1/4 zip, sleeves are removable to make it a short sleeve jacket. Color is royal/black. $30 OBO shipped. XXL

Is it a rain racket or a wind jacket?
 
I would say more wind. Probably a little water resistant but not a waterproof rain jacket.
