Futures Tour gets underway

Hey all
The Duramed Futures Tour season gets underway this week (Friday) in Winter Haven, Fl. There are 17 events on their schedule this year, wrapping up in September in Albany, N.Y. Players will be shooting for Top 5 on the season money list which will earn them high priority status on the LPGA next year (top 10 actually get LPGA cards, but the bottom five aren't worth much in terms of getting into LPGA events).

No Dallas area stops for it this year (bummer)

However, any excuse to get down to San Antonio may be welcome! Maybe I can talk my girls into going down with me.
 
They have two FL stops but none in Tampa. And of course the one closest to us 2 hours away is the same weekend as a BIG PGA EVENT 10 minutes away. So no coverage by us this year at least live we do not think.
 
And don't forget that BlingoQueen is a member of DFT.

Jacqui and I are planning on going when they come to Kansas City in May.
