Good customer service experience

Was in Texas recently for lessons and my bag malfunctioned. Basically the legs over-extended and the bag fell to the ground. Couple days later I noticed my driver had a scratch on the head and my headcover had a hole in it. I'm guessing that one of my alignment sticks got wedged into it when it fell.

Called customer service and the lady found my order, sent me shipping labels and I mailed them off, and she shipped new stuff to me all in that one day. I'll be out of a driver and bag for 2-3 days total. Was just a pleasant experience in today's world and thought I would share. I feel very comfortable with Cleveland Golf more than ever now.
 
Wow, they replaced everything, that rocks! I am happy I am slowly but surely switching all my equipment over to Cleveland.
 
Great to hear as Cleveland stuff is also finding its way into my bag.
