I think in august they do the hatch chile festival at Chuy's. labor day weekend is the festival in Hatch, New Mexico.

I am sooo going.
 
Steak & baked potato Yummy
 
Filet tip sandwich on foccacia bread with au jus and a baked potato
 
Tonight we had homemade dirty rice with fresh curry chicken(jamaica style) green beans and salad. I will be cooking at the outing for my house mates and who ever else wants to grub or snack ;-)

Neither me nor my wife feel like cooking tonight so it will probably be pizza and a salad.

Going to an Orioles game today so I'm having some ballpark food.

I made Arroz con pollo (spanish chicken and rice) for my wife because she had to work all day.

Were having a Mexican pile on at my daughters house. All the family will bring something to pile on.
