I was dialing a new shaft on my SuperTri tonight at the range when this happened. The head felt loose and after I tightened the screw I gave the head a twist and it snapped off. Now I know I was pounding it tonight, but this shouldn't happen. I can't remember where I bought this adaptor but I have bought some on Ebay in the past before GS and GG started selling them. I strongly encourage anyone needing TM adaptors to buy from a dealer and not from sellers on Ebay as this was probably some Chinese knockoff and not made from the proper materials.
I was lucky this happened tonight and not on the 12th hole tomarrow with Dr. Teeth.
Also, I sold two shafts to members here and if this happens to any of those I will pay for the replacement costs.
