Took advantage of a relatively warm day in Indianapolis and snuck out for 18. A little windy, but not bad for December.

Played 9 holes after work. How great it is to be playing golf in December in Ohio.

Played a very nice round today, shot 75 with 32 putts, 11 fairways and 9 greens. On the 16th hole, hit driver then 3 wood to about 10 feet off the green. Chipped with a 9 iron to a back pin and made it. Sweet Eagle.
Then went to Golf Galaxy and picked up the Srixon Z-Star 7 iron head and I had a UST Recoil 450 FS-2 graphite shaft installed in. Took my current TM Burner 2.0 with a steel 85 Reg shaft 7 iron and the new shafted Z-Star 7 iron to the indoor range. Hitting the UST Recoil shafted Z-Star 7 iron 8-10 yds. further with a tighter ball flight pattern and the feel of the shaft during the swing is nice, and smooth. Will play the new Z-Star 7 iron next round and will decide if I'm gonna add the UST Recoil 450 FS-2 graphite shafts to the remaining Z-Star heads.

I had midsize MCC +4 grips installed at Golf Mart earlier today. Once I got home removed the XP115 labels from my irons and cleaned my clubs.

I missed those (not sure how). Kinda wish I would have grabbed one, but im rocking the Grandaddy cover we got. I do need to find one so I don't abuse that one

Yea I'll be using the stock headcover for the winter weather conditions up here but the Hideaway cover and Grandaddy cover will get rotated in during the spring and summer to remain in great shape. I want to cherish those forever!

Walked 9 and short game practice for 45 minutes. Pretty sweet for Dec 12th in Michigan. Looks like tomorrow is a go as well.

Played 18 in less than 2 hours and played through 4 groups in the process.
